Unreached People Group Adoption
It can be overwhelming to look at a world of lostness, knowing God is calling your church to adopt a people group. Where do you begin? As in all things, you begin in prayer, asking God to direct your paths.
As you look for His answers, see what He puts in front of your congregation – the people groups in your neighborhood, missionaries you already know, mission trips that have impacted your members. During your time of searching and praying, your church can narrow down the number of choices by looking at the characteristics of people groups.
As a church body determine which of these is the desire of your congregation’s heart.
1. Main Religion(s)

4. Physical Exertion Required to Minister to Them

2. Population

5. Gospel Resources Available

3. Religious Freedom

6. Risk for U.S. Citizens Traveling There
